Case Quantities
To ensure prompt shipments and to maintain accurate inventory control we only accept orders in manufacturers’ package or case quantities. When ordering online, please remember you are ordering by case or package quantity so 1 package, for example, equals 10 units.
Freight Charges
Freight charges are based on shipping your order from Annapolis, MD 21409, the weight of the order, along with insurance, UPS fuel surcharges, residential delivery, etc.
Residential customers are charged an additional delivery charge by U.P.S. This charge will be added prior to billing and shipping.
This website calculates freight on a per carton basis. Pro Media People will combine orders placed for multiple cartons of the same item, and when different items can be combined in one larger carton to lower freight charges whenever possible. If this is the case, we will lower the freight charges that were initially calculated prior to shipping and billing.
Return Policy
All returns for products that are a result of customer errors are at the discretion of Pro Media People. A restocking fee of up to 15% will be imposed. A written, faxed or emailed RA must accompany any return. Pro Media People must be notified within one week of any discrepancy in your order. We do not accept any returns for any reason within fifteen (15) days from the date of the order.
Damaged or Defective Products
All products are covered by manufacturers’ warranties (available on request). If you believe a product is defective and covered under warranty, it should be returned to the manufacturer for replacement. Pro Media People will advise and assist you in resolving any defective product issues that may occur. Note each manufacturer has their criteria for determining what constitutes a defective product. Therefore, Pro Media People will determine if any credits or replacements are issued for the manufacturer in question. If the product does not comply with the manufacturer’s specifications, it will be returned to you, and no replacement or credit will be issued. Damages which occur during shipping are covered by UPS shipping insurance which is added to freight charges (see above). Please refuse any package where there are visible signs of damage. If you accept the shipment from UPS (or any other carrier), you must report the damage claim directly to the carrier.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices herein are for reference purposes and do not constitute an agreement to sell. Order approval is at the sole discretion of Pro Media People.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Pro Media People is not responsible for typographical errors. Pro Media People does not determine the specifications or warranties of the products we sell and shall not be liable for any damages including but not limited to any defective products and late, lost, misdirected or incorrect shipments. Pro Media People reserves the right to reject any orders for any reason we deem appropriate. Pro Media People will advise the customer before shipping in the unlikely event of price changes and higher freight charges. Shipments will be delayed pending approval of written acceptance of revised prices and/or freight charges.
Sales Tax
All customers within the State of Maryland are subject to a 6% sales tax. Any claims for tax exempt status must be made before you place your order. If customers are eligible, please fax your tax exempt certificate to (443) 753-0060. If a tax exempt status is approved, no sales tax refunds for prior orders can be made from Pro Media People. To determine if your purchases are Tax Exempt, please contact the Maryland Division of Taxation. Customers outside the State of Maryland may be subject to pay a “Use Tax” in the state where the products were received. Please consult your State’s department of taxation for information regarding this matter.
Federal Government agencies do not pay sales tax.
Credit Cards
Pro Media People accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. For your security and ours, Pro Media People may require additional supporting information to gauge the validity of a credit card transaction. Pro Media People reserves the right to reject any order for any reason including, but not limited to, such “high risk” factors as a non-match of billing and shipping address. Authorization of credit card charges does not constitute an agreement for Pro Media People to “fulfill” your order. Should your order be canceled, for any reason, credit card charges will be voided or credited.

We use both encryption and firewall technology for tight security. Please refer to the Verisign logo on our web site to confirm our commitment to your security.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and would like to assure you that your email address or any other information about you or the products you purchase from Pro Media People will remain confidential.
Minimum Order
We have a minimum order amount of $50.00 for all orders and $100 for all GSA orders.
Geographical Limitations
Pro Media People only sells within the United States and to all US Military Bases (AE, AP, AA, AE,). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and to all Military bases may be subject additional handling charges.
Acceptance
It is presumed that you have read Pro Media People's Ordering Information prior to placing your order. Therefore, placement of any orders with Pro Media People constitutes an acceptance of the terms and conditions noted above.
